Zumba Intervals
We will be alternating Zumba routines with strength exercises to upbeat, heart pumping music! You can use the shakers or 3lbs, 5lbs, 8lbs, etc. weights. This is similar to Zumba Toning, but with more of a focus on strength training as well as your fun cardio dances!

Zumba Toning
The "Party" blends body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class. You'll learn how to use weighted, maraca-like Zumba toning Sticks to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones. Join the Rockin' Party and get a Rock Hard Body!

This class is taught in a true interval style format; with 3 minutes of cardio kickbox and 3 minutes of weight training intervals, you are sure to get an amazing workout! Bring your own light, medium, and heavy weights if you would like and lots of water; we will be sweating a lot!

Club Cardio
Break it down on Fit Avenue's dance floor! This one of a kind, energy driven, urban flare dance class bring the "Club" to you! The latest songs and moves will have you forgetting that you are burning MAJOR calories! Get on the dance floor and get FIT!

Like Michelangelo sculpted The David, you too can chisel your way to a masterpiece of a body! This "Power Hour" challenges ALL of you major muscle groups by using weights and in doing so, burns calories and strengthens your bones. Using traditional strength training movements to music, makes this a fun and effective way to get in shape.

Rock the Barre
By combining Ballet dance elements with the core strength principles of Pilates, Fit Avenue is raising the "Barre" on fitness! This full body workout sculpts and tones by using intentional movements along with a traditional ballet barre. Focusing on quads, hamstrings, calves, and gluts, you can "Plie" your way to a leaner, tighter you!

Power Pedal
Fit Avenue's version of cycle class is a great cardio workout that will prepare you for the Tour de France in no time! With the availability of 10 stationary bikes in each class, you will burn calories, sweat, and strengthen those legs. Due to the fact that you control your own resistance, this class is for all levels of fitness and a great substitute or addition to your running regimen. 

Wind Warrior
Combining cardio, core, and deep stretch, this class will be 45 minutes of Power Pedal and 45 minutes of Yoga/Pilates. This will be a 1.5 hour class that will be sure to be a great combination to your workout!


Tabata is simply a method of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest. Alternating between weights and cardio you will continue to be in motion and working hard to build muscle and maintain a high heart rate. This class has been compared to Cross Fit and will challenge your body in the perfect way! It will hurt soooo good!

This class is going to work your ENTIRE body using different tools to keep muscles wondering what's coming next. The instructor will incorporate weights, jump ropes, steps, balls, etc. You are SURE to get a FANTASTIC workout!

Butt & Guts
This is a 45 min class designed to make your booty higher and tighter and your abs more defined and flatter than ever! Would be a great addition to your regimen. We will be doing floor work, standing exercises,  and incorporating many different elements to shred that core and glutes to tone your muscles. Little cardio and more about toning and defining your body.

Zumba Kids

This class is more than JUST dancing! We will be exercising in disguise! Your kiddos will play games that incorporate fitness elements and work on agility and footwork using hula hoops, agility ladder, stabilization balls and MORE! We will dance to current music along with tunes from around the world.  
This class is for BOYS & GIRLS ages 4-10yrs.
The cost is $40 per month plus a one time registration fee of $25 or paying $12 per class.


Fit Avenue is offering prospective pretzels a place to learn the bendy basics, master foundational poses, breathing techniques and meditation practices. Clinical studies have shown that regularly practicing yoga can improve your quality of life by increasing muscle tone and flexibility, reducing stress, and stimulating weight loss. Join us for an hour of Aaaaaaahhhhhh!

Pilates is an anatomically-based approach to the original mind body exercise method pioneered by the late Jospeh H Pilates. The original Pilates method focuses on eight principles: control, breath, flow, precision, centering, stability, range of motion, and opposition. It is a stretching and strengthening workout that targets the deepest muscles in the body to create a stong core. Pilates will create balance in the body by strengthening weak muscles while lengthening them.

Sizzle & Chizzle
Very similar to PiYo, this class is a fusion between Yoga and Pilates to create a strong and chiseled core. This total body workout is done on your Yoga mat to fast pace and pumping music. Your muscles will sizzle in no time!

Body Rock Bootcamp
Also called Bootcamp Circuit, the instructor will have different stations set up in the room. These circuits can include cardio and weight training to give you a full body workout and engage all major muscles. With the "coach's" help, you will maximize your own ability and be pushed to go hard and finish strong. Each station will be done on a stopwatch time and you will be rotated through. Don't let the fear of striking out, keep you from playing the game!

Zumba 101/Zumba Newbie
This class is geared for those that are new to Zumba/Club Cardio at Fit Avenue or those that are eager to learn the steps broken down. The routines will be explained prior to each song with explanation of the movements and muscle groups you are using and aware of engaging.

iWOW (WorkOut of the Week)
This is a Circuit Style "Bootcamp" Class. Many of you have asked and here it is! This will be at 6am on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. The WOW will remain the same all three days and will be posted in the studio room. You will warm-up with cardio for 5 mins then immediately move thru the stations/circuits that will change weekly. Taylor will be the "Coach" on Mondays and then Wednesdays & Fridays will be on your own:) You do not have to attend all of the classes. Learn how to encourage and motivate yourself when there is not someone to push you, that is the real challenge!

Formally known as Runners Clinic, this is a one hour clinic dedicated to running and cross training. We will not only run, but also do drills that will help build stamina and make you into a runner! We will run/jog/walk no more than 3 miles and work on agility, breathing techniques, endurance, speed & MORE!! This is no extra fee, as it is included into your membership, and $7 for nonmembers like any other class. This would be perfect if you have never run before, new to running, or preparing for your next race. These will take place on Saturday mornings at 9:00am and there will be at least two coaches each day. Also, it gives you a chance to see if you want to participate in our Runners Training. Let's "run" into a better YOU! It never hurts to try!
